Even if you are within the above, we will only allow you to participate if the harness fits your body.
You must be at least 16 years old to participate.

2. What to bring

• Athletic shoes such as sneakers (with laces)
• ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
• Clothing that can get a little dirty.
• If you are worried about motion sickness, please take anti-sickness medicine.

3. Time required

About 1 hour and 45 minutes from the time of meeting to the time of dismissal.
After taking off from the Tokyo Heliport and flying over Tokyo, skydiving will be performed over the Arakawa riverbed in Saitama Prefecture, with a parachute landing in the dedicated diving area.
Please rest assured that our ground staff will take care of your baggage before the helicopter takes off and drive you from the Tokyo Heliport to the landing area. After the diving experience, we will take you to the nearest station (Nishiurawa Station).
If you are late, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be charged a cancellation fee due to other people’s flight reservations. Please be sure to arrive on time.

Fees must be paid in advance. An “automatic reservation confirmation e-mail” will be sent to your registered e-mail address when your tentative reservation is completed. Please pay from the “Payment link” in the received reservation confirmation e-mail. Please note that your reservation is only confirmed once payment is completed.

6. About the weather

 6.1 In case of unstable weather
If the weather conditions are unstable and we deem it impossible to take off or dive safely, we may have to wait on the ground. The dive will be conducted as soon as the weather recovers, but if there is a time delay, priority will be given to those who arrive at the dive site earlier. Those whose meeting time is later will be notified of the cancellation. Example: A morning reservation is made for a diver to stay on the ground due to unstable weather, but the weather recovers from noon.Priority will be given to those who have booked in the morning.

Those who meet from noon may have to wait longer or may not be able to fly. We will contact you as soon as the situation is fixed. (If you cannot fly, you will receive a full refund, and no cancellation fee will be charged.)
 6.2 In case of cancellation
In case of bad weather (rain, low overcast, strong winds), no recovery is expected.
The decision to cancel will be made from the evening of the day before to the day of the event.
We will contact you as soon as we decide to cancel the tour, but it may be canceled on the tour day.
 6.3 In the event of a sudden aircraft malfunction
We will contact you as soon as it is confirmed.
In such cases, we will notify you as soon as it is confirmed, but it may be the day before or the day of the flight.
Please understand that this may be unavoidable for safety reasons, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
If the tour is canceled for any of the above reasons, please understand that you must reschedule if you wish to go on another date.
There is no charge in the event of cancellation. All fees paid will be refunded.
In the event of a cancellation, no fees will be charged, but we cannot pay for any transportation or accommodation costs incurred.
Please understand this in advance.

7. Cancellation Policy

Except in the case of cancellation due to inclement weather or airplane trouble, cancellation for the customer’s convenience will incur a cancellation fee.
As stipulated in the cancellation policy, a cancellation fee will be charged 14 days before the reservation date.
(except in case of cancellation).
Please note that reservations made within 7 days are subject to a cancellation fee from when the reservation is confirmed. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the price paid in advance at the time of reservation and refunded.

• Same-day cancellation: Full amount
• One day to 2 days before the reservation: 90% of the fee
• 3 days before the reserved day: 50,000 yen
• 5 days prior: 30,000 yen
• 7 days before: 10,000 yen

No cancellation fee will be charged if the organizer cancels the event due to inclement weather or other reasons.

8. Pick-up and drop-off

Pick-up service is available at the nearest Shinkiba Station station before the meeting time.
Please arrive at Shinkiba Station 15 minutes before the meeting time.

Valuables will be kept at the “Tokyo Heliport” and brought to the landing area by car.
After skydiving, we will pick you up at the nearest station (Nishiurawa Station) near the landing area.

Mt.fuji　Oshino：

If you wish, we will pick you up at the nearest location from the meeting place.
If you use a train, take the JR Chuo Line to Otsuki Station and transfer to the Fujikyuko-Otsuki Line.
Take the JR Chuo Line to Otsuki Station, transfer to the Fujikyuko-Otsuki Line, and get off at Fujiyama Station.
If you are taking the highway bus, take the Fujikyuko Bus bound for Fuji Five Lakes from Tokyo Basta Shinjuku (South Exit) at Shinjuku Station. Please get off at “Oshino Iriguchi” and we will pick you up.

9. About filming

Photography and video are prohibited at the Tokyo Heliport as part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s anti-terrorism measures.
Photography is also prohibited during embarkation, disembarkation, and takeoff/landing.
Photographing will be conducted during helicopter flight and skydiving times other than those mentioned above.

10. Others

Due to health considerations, people who fall under any of the following categories are not allowed to participate in the experience.

• Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Those who have been scuba diving within 24 hours.
• Those who have donated blood within a week.
• Those with heart disease, mental illness, ENT disease, respiratory disease, epilepsy, seizures, or circulatory problems.
• Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant
• Those who weigh 90 kg or more
• Those who are under 18 years old (minors are not allowed to participate in the tour even with the approval of their parents or guardians)
