Skydive AZUL (from now on referred to as “the Company”) will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, guidelines and other guidelines regarding the protection of personal information, and other relevant laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal data in handling personal information obtained by the Company.

 

 

The user information we collect will be as follows, depending on the collection method.

(1) Information acquired directly from users and acquisition method

To the extent necessary for the operation of the Internet site provided by the Company (from now on referred to as the “Site”), the Company acquires from the users of the Site (from now on referred to as “Users”) “personal information” as defined in the Personal Information Protection Law, which is information about living individuals and includes the name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information (1) Information that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, or other description, etc., and information that can identify a particular individual from said information alone, such as appearance, fingerprints, voiceprint data, and identification documents (personal time-specific details) (“Personal Information”) may be obtained from users of the Site (from now on referred to as “Users”).

     (c) To contact the User and respond to necessary inquiries concerning the provision of the Service, etc.

     (d) To improve and enhance the Service

     (e) To send information by direct mail, telephone, etc., and to make various proposals regarding the Service

     (f) For other appropriate and smooth performance of transactions with users.

(3) If the Company intends to use personal information beyond the scope of the purposes described in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall obtain prior consent from the user appropriately.

 

 

We shall thoroughly manage personal information obtained from users in the following manner.

(1) Ensuring accuracy of information

We will strive to ensure that personal information acquired from users is always accurate and up-to-date.

(2) Safety control measures

Regarding the organizational management of personal information, we have established strict handling methods based on internal rules and regulations and ensure that personal data is handled and strictly operated by the laws.

(3) Supervision of subcontractors for personal information management

When outsourcing the management of personal information, we only outsource to contractors according to our regulations and manage the data appropriately.

(4) Retention Period and Disposal of Personal Information

Personal information acquired will be stored for a set retention period and disposed of at the end of the retention period. 3.

 

 

We will not provide personal information acquired by us to any third party. In the future, if we provide personal information to a third party, we will do so only after presenting the information provided and its purpose and obtaining the user’s consent.

     (1) Scope of joint users

          Aircraft operating companies

          Sports insurance companies

     (2) Purpose of joint use

          For the user to board an aircraft

          For the user’s sports insurance subscription

     (3) Items of personal information to be shared

          Information specified in Section 1 (1)

     (4) Manager of personal information to be shared
